REFUND, RETURNS & ORDER POLICY

At Lucce Jewelry, every piece is crafted with intention and attention to detail. Many of our designs are made-to-order or personalized, which means our process differs from traditional retail stores that carry pre-made stock.

Below you’ll find full transparency on how returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacements work.


HOW OUR PIECES ARE MADE

Most of our jewelry is individually crafted after your order is confirmed. In many cases, pieces are personalized according to your selections.

Because production begins specifically for you, certain policies apply once manufacturing has started.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to modify your order (including personalization details or shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, as your piece is already being crafted exclusively for you.


RETURNS

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our pieces.


30-DAY QUALITY GUARANTEE

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend your order at no additional cost.

We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure safe delivery and will assist you throughout the process.


REFUNDS

Whenever possible, we resolve issues through replacement rather than refunds.

Refunds are issued only in situations where:

  • A replacement cannot be produced

  • The item is confirmed defective and unavailable

  • The order was cancelled within the allowed timeframe

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.


RETURNED TO SENDER ORDERS

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Package refusal

  • Unclaimed shipment

We can reship the item once the issue is resolved. A reshipping fee may apply.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–8 business days within the United States).
